All sessions will be held on Sundays at 7 p.m. Arizona time via Zoom.

The sessions are consecutive: you can reschedule one of them with prior notice (only in the 4-session package).

You can renew your subscription after each cycle of four or three sessions.

Once registered, no refunds are allowed and places cannot be reserved.

You can register and start your cycle of 4 or 3 sessions on any Sunday: each session is independent of the previous one, as they do not follow specific modules.

You will be part of a WhatsApp group with the rest of the participants.

You will have access to exclusive material so you can practice on your own.

BONUS: if you are in Lima, you can replace one of the 4 sessions with an in-person Expansive Breathing session at a 50% discount.
